About Daryl Conant
Daryl Conant founded Fitness Nut Enterprises, LLC in 1998 with his facility in Kennebunk, ME. Daryl is an Exercise Physiologist and has a Masters of Education in Exercise Science as well as a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Physical Education.
Daryl has over 33 years of experience and prior to starting his own business, he was a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. In his new facility, Conant Conditioning, Daryl continues his ongoing pursuit of excellence offering top-notch training in a bright modern space with first class equipment.
